Connie J. Edwards, 49, of Sullivan, MO, passed away at her home on Saturday, September 10, 2016.
She was born December 19, 1966 in Sullivan, the daughter of Laurel and Lois (Thurman) Shelton. Connie met Jeff Edwards and they shared a lifelong love together. Her daughter, Megan was a precious part of her life. Connie loved her grandchildren, going fishing, and hunting for arrowheads. Whenever Megan would go somewhere new, she would say, “Bring me a rock.” She also loved her garden and flowers. She will be missed by her family.
She is survived by her husband; Jeffrey Edwards of Sullivan, one daughter; Megan Schoenhoff and husband Aaron of Villa Ridge, MO, three grandchildren; Carter, Brady and Landon Schoenhoff, two brothers; Jim Shelton and wife Cheryl of Sullivan and Ed Shelton and wife Shelia of Stanton, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents; Laurel Shelton and Lois Shelton.
Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Sharon Lochirco officiating.
Visitation for Connie was from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan.
