Brian G. Scott, 43, of Bourbon, passed away during the week of October 16, 2016.
Brian Gregory Scott was born April 16, 1973 in Sullivan, MO, the son of Michael and Linda (Hurst) Scott. He grew up and attended school in Sullivan. After finishing school, Brian spent most of his life working as an industrial roofer. Brian and Brandi had been together nearly five years and were recently married in September. In recent years, they became highly active with Freeway Ministries in Springfield, MO. They were also very involved with their church, New Life Fellowship in Rolla, MO.
He is survived by his wife, Brandi; three sons: Collin and Chris Scott, both of St. Clair, MO, and Jagger Scott of Bourbon; two stepsons, Trey Griffith and Nathan Kratky, both of Bourbon; his mother, Linda Scott of Sullivan; two brothers: Bradley Scott (and wife, Shawna) and Darin Scott (and wife, Susan) all of Sullivan; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Springfield, MO.
