Mae was a Christian and current member of Prospect Baptist Church in Lonedell, MO. During her working years, she was employed as a machine operator for Brown Shoe Company in Union, MO.  She remained with the company for about ten years and then made caring for her home and family her career.  She enjoyed many things and always stayed busy, doing crafts, working in her garden and baking.  She was an avid reader and loved nature and spending time outdoors.  She looked forward to the Summer months when the many humming birds she fed would return.  Mae was happiest when she was surrounded by her family and many wonderful memories have been created.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO, with the Reverends Steve Hodges and Paul Faulkner officiating. Private committal will take place at a later date.
