Emil Paul FalloonEmil Paul Falloon, of Bourbon, MO, passed away Saturday at the age of 85 years.

Paul, as he was known by his family and friends, was born at Sullivan, MO, on April 7, 1931 to the late Clarence and Bessie (Reeves) Falloon. He honorably served his country with the U.S. Navy and was deployed on the USS Monterey (CVL-26). Paul was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and attained the rank of Ensign 3rdClass. After his discharge from the service, Paul was employed at the St. Louis Car Company and built trollies, street cars and other types of cars for rapid transit systems.  He enjoyed sports especially softball and basketball.

Along with his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his wife Theresa and one brother, Clarence Falloon. 

He is survived by a son Douglas Paul Falloon and wife Frieda Michelle of Pacific, MO; two daughters, Pamela Kay Falloon and Terri Lynn Falloon; one step-daughter, Veronica Meyers and husband Dana; two sisters, Marie Miller and Lula Yarbrough; two grandsons Brian and Kevin Meyers; other relatives and friends.

Graveside funeral services were conducted 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2016 in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Livingston, IL. Funeral arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan, MO.
